Article 8 Breath alcohol test If a traffic policeman discovers that a motor vehicle driver is suspected of drunk driving in law enforcement on road duty, he shall conduct a breath alcohol test. The breath alcohol test shall print the written test results, which shall be signed by the parties concerned and signed or sealed by the traffic police. If the parties have objections to the inspection results or refuse to sign them, the traffic police shall indicate the written inspection results.

Article 9 Conditions for Blood Sampling If a party is suspected of driving a motor vehicle after drinking, he shall collect blood samples and test the alcohol content in his body under any of the following circumstances:

Article 10 Blood collection procedures Blood samples shall be collected according to the following procedures:

(1) At least two traffic policemen shall take the client to a medical institution or a qualified inspection and appraisal institution or the above-mentioned institutions to send personnel to draw blood, and supervise the whole process of blood drawing.

(2) Blood sampling shall be carried out by professionals as required, and the traffic police shall inform the blood sampling personnel to take two blood samples, and alcohol drugs shall not be used for skin disinfection. Blood samples should be packed in clean and dry containers with anticoagulant added, and the name and time of blood drawing should be indicated. They should be sealed in paper bags, one for filing and one for inspection. The sealed bag shall be marked with the name of the person to be extracted, the time of extraction and the purpose of blood sample, and shall be signed by the person to be extracted, and signed or sealed by the traffic police and blood collection personnel. If the person who has been drawn blood or the person who has been drawn blood refuses to sign or seal, the traffic police shall indicate it.

(3) Fill in the Registration Form for Taking Blood Samples by Parties, indicating the reason, time and place of taking blood and the name of the person being taken, which shall be signed or sealed by the traffic police.
