Article 14 An enterprise as a legal person shall apply for registration with the registration authority within 30 days after approval by the competent department or the examination and approval authority. The registration authority shall, within 30 days after accepting the application, make a decision on whether to approve or disapprove the registration.

Article 15 To apply for industrial and commercial registration of an enterprise as a legal person, the following documents and certificates shall be submitted:

(1) An application for registration signed by the person in charge of the institution;

(two) the approval documents of the competent department or the examination and approval authority;

(3) Articles of association;

(4) Capital credit certificate, capital verification certificate or capital guarantee;

(five) the identity certificate of the main person in charge of the enterprise;

(6) Proof of the use of the domicile and business premises;

(seven) other relevant documents and certificates.
