(II) Registration and Qualification Examination
1. Registration method: Registration is conducted by on-site registration, and applicants must download and fill out (the signature place must be handwritten) the Registration Form for Open Recruitment of Non-staff Staff in Huaiyuan County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Letter of Integrity. Bring my second-generation valid ID card, three recent one-inch bareheaded photos, academic certificates and other related originals and photocopies (if there are other requirements for the recruitment position, the originals and photocopies of the corresponding documents and materials shall be provided, etc.) to the registration site for preliminary qualification examination and registration procedures. this recruitment mainly adopts written examination, interview, physical examination, inspection and other methods to select the best candidates.
(1) written test:
① See the Admission Ticket for the written test and time.
② The written test subject is "Professional Synthesis". It mainly tests the examinee's mastery of professional basic knowledge.
③ The full score of each test paper is 1, and those whose written test score is less than 5 will not enter the interview.
(2) Interview:
According to the written test results, each position (distinguished by code) is determined from high score to low score.
① the specific time and place of the interview will be notified separately;
② interview form: structured interview is adopted, which mainly tests candidates' logical thinking ability, language expression ability, communication and coordination ability, emergency response ability and personality characteristics. If the interview score is out of 1, those who fail in the interview (below 6 out of 1) will be eliminated directly, and the judges will evaluate the results on the spot and inform the interview candidates;
③ summary of results. The written test scores and interview scores are combined according to the ratio of 5: 5 (that is, written test scores ×5%+ interview scores ×5%)
(3) Physical examination and investigation:
① According to the position, the physical examination objects are determined according to the test scores of candidates from high to low according to the ratio of 1: 1 (if the last candidate has the same scores, the written test scores will be sorted);
② those who pass the physical examination will enter the inspection procedure. The contents of the investigation mainly include the ideological and political performance, moral quality, professional ability and work performance (academic performance) of the subjects.
③ When there is a vacancy due to unqualified physical examination and inspection, it will be replenished in equal amount from high score to low score according to the test results (according to the rules for determining medical examiners).
(4) Publicity and employment:
According to the examination, physical examination and investigation, the list of persons to be employed is determined and publicized for 5 days. Those who have no objection to publicity or those who reflect but do not affect employment shall be formally employed.
the hired personnel shall implement the labor dispatch system, and Bengbu Hezheng Human Resources Co., Ltd. shall sign a three-year labor contract with the hired personnel (including a probation period of one month).
v. management and use
1. The employer is responsible for the daily management, attendance and assessment during the employment period. If the probation period expires or the annual assessment is unqualified, the employer shall be dismissed in consultation with the competent department.
2. Those who violate the labor contract shall be dealt with according to relevant laws and regulations.
3. after the expiration of the contract, decide whether to renew the employment according to the work needs and the assessment at the expiration. If the labor contract is not renewed, it will be dissolved by itself.
4. Labor disputes arising during employment shall be settled through negotiation or labor arbitration according to law.
