Example of electronic signature (source: electronic signature)
Taking our platform as an example, the process of adding an electronic signature to an electronic contract is as follows:
Step 1: Authentication
Enterprise users need to register on the third-party electronic signature platform and pass identity authentication. Individuals fill in the mobile phone, name and ID number, and enterprises submit the information such as enterprise name, social credit code, mobile phone of the agent, name and ID number to verify whether the submitted information is true.
Step 2: Set the signature.
After the authentication is passed, e-sign will automatically create a default electronic signature for the user and have a unique digital certificate.
However, the enterprise needs the seal or signature of the legal representative to sign the relevant agreement. Therefore, the electronic contract platform generally supports the creation of customized electronic signatures. The seal administrator of an enterprise can upload a picture of the legal person's signature seal to generate a reliable electronic signature seal, and can also customize the signature/seal content.
