1. All applicants should meet one of the following basic conditions:

(1) Bachelor degree or above in photography, engaged in photography practice for more than 2 years;

(2) After special photography education, he has been engaged in photography practice for more than 3 years;

(three) engaged in photography practice through photography correspondence education for more than 5 years;

(4) Having no photography education and engaged in photography practice for more than 7 years.

The "photography practice" mentioned here includes photography organization, photography creation, photography theory research, photography teaching, photo editing, book publishing and so on.

2. Applicants engaged in photography creation shall meet one of the following conditions:

(1) More than two works were selected in the National Photography Art Exhibition or China International Photography Art Exhibition sponsored by China Photographers Association;

(2) In other national photography solicitation activities sponsored by China Photographers Association, more than 4 works were selected;

(3) Two or more works have won silver prizes and above in the annual exhibition of group members sponsored by group members of China Photographers Association;

(4) He has published more than four works in China Photography, Popular Photography and China Photography;

(5) In the photography solicitation activities sponsored by China Photography, Popular Photography, China Photography and other association media, more than four works won the prize equivalent to the third prize or more, or more than eight works won the prize equivalent to the selected prize (Excellence Award);

(6) More than four works with the third prize and above in Beijing Photographic Equipment City Monthly Competition;

(7) In the collection of photographic works sponsored by China Photographic Copyright Association, more than 4 works won the prize equivalent to the third prize or more, or more than 8 works won the prize equivalent to the selected prize (Excellence Award);

(8) He has held a solo exhibition at the Exhibition Center of China Photographers Association or the website of China Photographers Association;

(9) Obtained the title of outstanding student of Beijing Photography Correspondence College, and held online film screening on the website of Beijing Photography Correspondence College;

(10) His works were recommended by the International Department of China Photographers Association to participate in international film festivals and won prizes, or were invited by foreign national cultural photography organizations to hold solo exhibitions in international exchanges;

(1 1) China Photography Publishing House edited and published a personal photo collection;

(12) The theoretical research office of China Photographers Association organized a seminar on individual works;

(13) The work won awards in other major competitions or activities, and it has certain influence in the industry.

3. Applicants engaged in theoretical research on photography should meet one of the following conditions:

(1) The photographic article won the Literary Criticism Award of China Federation of Literary and Art Circles;

(2) Publishing academic monographs on related photography theories;

(3) Published more than 4 articles (or not less than 5,000 words in total) in China Photography, Popular Photography and China Photography;

(4) The thesis was selected into the excellent works of the National Photography Theory Seminar organized by China Photographers Association.

4. Applicants engaged in photography education shall meet one of the following conditions:

(1) Engaged in full-time photography education, with intermediate title or above;

(2) Contribute to the cultivation of photography talents and have a certain influence in the industry.

5. To apply for photo editing and book publishing, one of the following conditions shall be met:

(1) Engaged in relevant work for more than 3 years, with intermediate title or above;

(2) Contribute to photo editing and book publishing, and have a certain influence in the industry.

6. To apply for photography organization, one of the following conditions shall be met:

(1) Engaged in full-time photography institutions for more than 3 years, with certain achievements;

(2) The organization has outstanding performance and has certain influence in the industry.

7. Anyone who has won various awards of the China Photography Award can register.

8. Those who have made other contributions to photography can apply.

II. Submission of materials and application procedures

1. Submission

(1) Anyone who meets the above basic conditions and voluntarily joins the China Photographers Association shall fill in the membership application form, and two members of the China Photographers Association shall sign the introduction opinions and sign the application form (two 2-inch standard photos are required);

(2) Applicants engaged in photography creation shall submit 8 photos of themselves (10 inch) and valid certification materials for winning, being selected and being published;

(three) to apply for engaging in theoretical research, education, photo editing and book publishing of photography, and submit valid certification materials;

(4) Applicants who are engaged in photography organization work shall be provided with written opinions on their work performance by their member units or relevant units, and 8 photos of themselves (10 inch);

(5) The materials provided by the applicant shall be true, effective and detailed.

2. Application procedures

(1) The applicant's materials shall be collected by the members of China Photographers Association in the region and industry, and the application form shall be signed and stamped with the official seal, and submitted to the Group Liaison Department of China Photographers Association;

(2) The materials of the applicants of the People's Liberation Army and the Armed Police Force shall be summarized by the Pictorial Department of the People's Liberation Army, and the application form shall be signed and stamped with the official seal, and submitted to the China Photographers Association;

(3) The applicant for the system directly under the central government is introduced by two directors of the China Photographers Association, and the application form is stamped with the official seal of the unit. I submitted the materials to the China Photographers Association;

(4) Applicants who cannot be recommended by group members for special reasons shall be signed by two directors of China Photographers Association and submit materials to China Photographers Association;

(5) The membership of Hong Kong and Macao photographers shall be reviewed and recommended by the Central Liaison Office in Hong Kong and Macao according to the relevant spirit of the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles (specific measures shall be formulated separately).

Three. Examination and approval method

1. The office meeting of the Secretary General of China Photographers Association is responsible for approving new members.

2. Approval procedure:

(1) The Liaison Department of China Photographers Association is responsible for reviewing the membership application materials. If the application materials are not in conformity with the provisions of these Rules, the Liaison Department has the right to require the applicant to submit supplementary materials.

(2) According to the materials submitted by the applicant, the office meeting of the Secretary-General of the China Photographers Association comprehensively considers all aspects of the applicant's conditions (meeting the conditions stipulated in these Detailed Rules only means that the applicant has the qualification to apply for membership), and considers and approves the application.
