English envelopes usually write the sender's name and address in the upper left corner, and then write the recipient's name and address in the middle. No matter the recipient or the sender, you should write your name first, then your address, and your name should occupy one line. Place names should be written from small to large, and the visual length should account for two, three, four and five lines.

On the envelope, the sender only writes his own name without a title, but the recipient's name is usually preceded by a title to show courtesy and respect. For people without formal titles, their names are usually Mr., Mrs. or Ms.

Please ask the teacher to sign and stamp the envelope carefully, and it is ok to bind it in the application materials if you don't mind. It's just a program anyway.
