Selecting and transporting outstanding college graduates to work at the grassroots level is the "source project" for training and selecting outstanding young cadres, and it is also an important measure to implement the strategy of strengthening the region with talents, accelerate the economic and social development of the autonomous region, and promote the construction of new rural areas and new pastoral areas. In order to implement the spirit of the national symposium on training and selecting young cadres and establish a mechanism for training and selecting party and government cadres from the grassroots level and the production line, it was decided through research that 20 10 will continue to send outstanding college graduates to work at the grassroots level. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

First, the selected object, quantity and specialty

(a) transferring objects

1, "Three Kinds of Services for Grassroots College Students" for college graduates. College students "village officials", "three supports and one support" college students and volunteers of "Western Plan" who were employed before August 3 10 have graduated from full-time universities and obtained bachelor's degrees or above, and have served at the grassroots level within the autonomous region for more than 1 year (including 1 year).

2. Undergraduate, master and doctoral students who graduated this year. 2010 August 3 1 Full-time Inner Mongolia graduates from ordinary colleges and universities who graduated a few days ago and were recruited by the state and obtained bachelor's degree or above.

3. Undergraduate, master and doctoral students who graduated in previous years. Full-time college graduates in Inner Mongolia who graduated before August 3, 2009, and obtained a bachelor's degree or above.

After graduation, people who formally join the work and are compiled by administrative institutions, as well as various directional trainees, entrusted trainees, graduates of online colleges and adult education colleges, self-taught classes and joint classes are not included in the scope of selection.

(b) Quantity selected for transfer

The whole region plans to transfer 200 students. Among them, 100 people were selected from the "three types of serving grassroots college students" who graduated from colleges and universities; Select 50 undergraduate, master and doctoral students who graduated this year; Fifty undergraduate, master and doctoral students who graduated in the past were selected.

(3) Selecting and transferring majors

Focus on selecting and transferring grass-roots units and urgently need majors. Liberal arts: economics, industrial economics, international economy and trade, finance, finance, accounting, auditing, law, Chinese language and literature, journalism, business administration, tourism management, land resource management, etc. Science and engineering: Geology and mineral resources, mining engineering, electronic information engineering, computer science and technology, architecture, urban planning and design, urban management, landscape planning and design, municipal engineering, civil engineering, water conservancy and hydropower engineering, traffic planning and management, logistics management, safety technology and engineering, environmental science, environmental engineering, pharmaceutical engineering, food science and engineering, chemical engineering and technology, forestry. Master students and doctoral students are not subject to professional restrictions.

Second, the selection conditions

(a) adhere to the party's line, principles and policies, strong discipline, good conduct, obey organizational arrangements, and voluntarily work at the grassroots level. Strong organization and coordination, text synthesis and language expression ability, with development potential. Excellent academic performance, solid basic knowledge, and obtained graduation certificates and degree certificates of the corresponding academic system.

Those who meet one of the conditions can take the exam. Master students and doctoral students are not subject to the above conditions.

(3) Undergraduates who graduated this year and those who graduated in previous years are not more than 26 years old (1born after June 30, 984), and postgraduates are not more than 28 years old (1born after June 30, 982), and doctoral students are not subject to age restrictions. At present, the on-the-job "three types of service for grassroots college students" has been relaxed for two years.

(5) Those who are rated as "three good" students, outstanding student cadres, "outstanding party member" and "outstanding league members" at the school (department) level will be given priority under the same conditions.

Anyone who has been punished during his study or work at school, or who is not allowed to be employed as a civil servant in the Civil Service Law and other relevant provisions, shall not apply for Selected Graduates.

Third, select the program.

The selection and transfer work adheres to the principle of "openness, equality, competition and merit-based", and is carried out by combining voluntary registration with organizational recommendation and combining examination and investigation. The specific steps are as follows:

(1) Online Registration

2. At the same time of online registration, applicants should fill in the registration form truthfully, accurately and item by item as required.
