The original bill of lading with endorsement is the original bill of lading with the barcode stamp of company name and legal person name stamped on the back. Generally speaking, the consignee column on the bill of lading is named, so you should endorse it.

There are two ways of endorsement: registered endorsement and blank endorsement.

(1) A registered endorsement refers to writing the name of the endorser (the person written after the order) and the name of the endorsee on the back of the bill of lading;

(2) A blank endorsement only indicates the name of the endorser, not the name of the transferee of the bill of lading. A blank endorsed instruction bill of lading has the same effect as a bearer bill of lading, and the carrier has the obligation to hand over the goods to the person who presents the bill of lading and requests delivery.
