A parcel map is a sub-parcel cadastral map that describes the location of the parcel, the relationship between the boundary points and lines, and the numbers of adjacent parcels. It is used as an attachment to the land title certificate and cadastral files of the parcel. The parcel map includes:
(1) Map number, cadastral number, location
(2) Unit name, parcel number, land type number and floor area
The unit name, parcel number, land type number and floor area are marked in the middle of the parcel map. For example, the use right of a certain parcel belongs to the No. 6 Middle School, the parcel number is 7, the land category number is 44 (44 is an educational unit according to the urban land classification), and the area is 1,165.6 square meters.
(3) Boundary address points, point numbers, boundary address lines and boundary address side lengths
Boundary address points are represented by small circles with a diameter of 0.8mm, including adjacent parcels Public boundary address points are numbered sequentially starting from 1 in the clockwise direction from the upper left corner of the parcel. Each boundary address point is connected to form a boundary address line. The distance between two adjacent boundary address points is the boundary address side length.
(4) Buildings and structures in the parcel
If there are houses and walls in the parcel, the side lengths of the houses and walls should be indicated.
(5) Parcel numbers and boundary lines of adjacent parcels
The boundaries of adjacent parcels that have the same address as the current parcel should be drawn on the parcel map address line, and indicate its parcel number within the range of adjacent parcels.
(6) Adjacent roads, streets and lanes and their names
The roads and streets adjacent to the parcel should be drawn on the parcel map, and the roads and streets should be noted name. In addition, the parcel map should indicate the direction of the north arrow, indicate the chosen scale, and should have the signatures of the draftsman and auditor and the date on which the parcel map was drawn. Parcel maps are required to be drawn realistically to scale. The scale is generally l:500 or greater than 1:500. Drawings of 32 karat, 16 karat and 8 karat are usually used.
The spatial collection of parcel maps constitutes a cadastral map.
