This standard specifies the origin, quality characteristics, raw material requirements, technological procedures, requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking, transportation and storage of Duyun Maojian tea.

This standard is applicable to Duyun Maojian tea, which is made from small-leaf varieties of tea trees growing in the area specified in Chapter III of this standard, with one bud and one leaf as raw materials and processed according to the typical technological requirements of Duyun Maojian tea.

3. 1 Duyun Maojian Tea Origin: Jingfeng, duyun city, Guizhou.

3.2 The origin of fresh leaves of Duyun Maojian tea is in duyun city, Guizhou.

4, fresh leaf grade and quality requirements

The quality grades of fresh leaves of Duyun Maojian tea are as follows:

4.2 Quality requirements

The length of fresh leaves is not more than 2.5cm, the petiole length is not more than 2mm, the bud leaves are complete, the leaves are light green or dark green, the leaves are fresh, tender, even and clean, the moisture content is not less than 72%, there is no mechanical damage, no pests and diseases spots, no fish scales and no purple bud leaves.

8, inspection plan

8. 1 Product ex-factory inspection

Each batch of products must be inspected by the quality inspection department of the enterprise for sensory, ex-factory moisture and packaging specifications. After passing the inspection, a product quality certificate can be issued before leaving the factory for sale.

8.2 Routine inspection of products

8.2. 1 The products shall be routinely inspected according to national regulations in the following cases:

A) When a new product is trial-produced or an old product is put into production;

B) When the product process changes;

C) When production is resumed after production is stopped;

D) During the regular inspection of normal production;

E) When inspected by the national quality inspection department.

8.2.2 Inspection is all the items in Chapter 6 of this standard.

8.3 Determination of unqualified products

According to the provisions of this standard, if a certain index of a product is found not to meet the requirements, it is judged as unqualified product, and any unqualified product shall not be sold as qualified product. If any product is found not to meet the requirements of GB9679 standard, it will be destroyed immediately. Anyone who finds that the label does not meet the requirements of GB 17924 and GB77 18 standards is not allowed to enter the market directly.

8.4 reinspection and arbitration

In the process of sales, if there is any dispute about the quality of Duyun Maojian tea, the local statutory inspection department shall double the sampling of the original batch of products according to the provisions of GB8302, and re-examine the disputed items, and the re-inspection results shall prevail.
