Article 14 of the Electronic Signature Law stipulates that:
A reliable electronic signature has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature or seal. Therefore, as long as the electronic signature is reliable, it has the same legal effect as the handwritten signature. Electronic signature refers to the data contained in the data message in electronic form and accompanied by data used to identify the identity of the signer and show that the signer approves its content.
Article 13 of the Electronic Signature Law stipulates that:
An electronic signature shall be regarded as reliable if it meets the following conditions:
1. When electronic signature production data is used for electronic signature, it belongs to the electronic signer.
2. When signing, the electronic signature production data is only controlled by the electronic signer.
3. Any changes to the electronic signature after signing can be found.
Any changes in the content and form of the data message after signing can be found.
5. The parties can also choose to use the electronic signature that meets their agreed reliable conditions.
