Run and open the outlook client, and click Open New Mail on the menu bar.

Open the new email interface, navigate to the position where the date needs to be inserted in the email body, and open the Insert menu.

Click Date and Time in the text area to open the Insert Date and Time window.

Open "Signature" under the "Mail" menu to create a new signature.

Click ctrl+f9 in the signature edit box where you want to insert the date, and a brace will be added.

Enter the date in brackets, click OK to save and exit signature editing.
