Fedex waybill filling guide

Filling in the Fedex waybill is the same as filling in the FedEx waybill. The following figure shows the format of the FEDEX waybill. You can fill in the relevant information according to the content on the waybill

Fill in the FedEx bill

1. Fedex sender information

Please fill in your detailed address, phone number, FedEx account number and other information.

2. Recipient information

In order to ensure that the shipment is correct, please be sure to fill in detailed and accurate recipient information.

3. Consigned item information

Detailed description of items: Please make sure the description is specific and detailed and please list each item separately. If something cannot be listed on the air waybill, please use a commercial invoice to explain it. Total value of customs declaration: fill in the sales price or reasonable market price of the item (even if it is not for sale or has no retail price). The amount filled in must be consistent with the amount on the commercial invoice. Total value of consignment declaration: The amount should not exceed the "total value of customs declaration".

4. Express service

Please select the service category you need. If you do not select a service category, your shipment will be sent via FedEx International Priority Service.

5. Packaging method

Please choose the packaging method you use.

6. Special handling

Please select the special handling requirements you need, such as requesting pick-up at the station or requesting delivery on Saturday (not applicable to all destinations).

7a. Payment method - freight

Please select the payer and payment method for freight, and provide the corresponding FedEx account number or credit card number. If the recipient or third party does not pay for shipping, the sender is obligated to pay.

7b. Payment method-duties and taxes

If the sender fails to indicate the payer of the duties and taxes on the international air waybill, the recipient will default to the tax and fees. payer and receive the bill. If the sender has stated on the international air waybill that the recipient or other third party will pay the duties and taxes, but the recipient or other third party fails to pay, the sender shall be responsible for paying the taxes.

8. Your internal billing number

For your record keeping, you can fill in your internal billing number here. We will print the first 24 digits of this number on your invoice.

9. Signature

Finally, please sign the air waybill, tear off the sender's copy and keep it, and attach the remaining copies to your shipment.
