If there is a fraudulent signature on the contract, the deceived party has the right to request the people's court or an arbitration institution to cancel it. It won't work after it's revoked, so it's no use for a liar pretending to be a lawyer to take my signature. A lawyer refers to a person who is entrusted or assigned to provide legal services such as litigation agency or defense business for the parties.
