1. Select Tools > Options from the menu bar.
2. Select the mail format tab.
3. On the Email Signature tab, click New Signature and enter a signature name.
4. Enter the set signature directly in "Edit Signature", and select the default signature format at "New Mail or Reply/Forward" on the upper right, that is, use the selected signature format when creating a new mail or replying/forwarding.
5. On the Personal Stationery tab, you can set the font format of the mail.
6. Click "Font" to personalize it.
7. Create a new email, and the signature has been automatically added.
