In the process of writing medical master's thesis, we should not only prepare rich original materials and data, but also be familiar with some skills and requirements in the writing process, which is bound to get twice the result with half the effort. This paper expounds how to write a standardized and complete medical master's thesis from three aspects: topic selection, content requirements and pattern formation.
First, the choice of medical paper titles.
1, medical thesis proposition
The title of a medical paper should be a concentrated induction and synthesis of the contents of the article. The author writes a thesis, one is scientific and technological experience, and the other is for promotion. Therefore, it is required that the proposition can not only summarize and synthesize the content of the full text, but also be eye-catching, easy to recall and quote, appropriate, appropriate, concise and obvious, and play the role of making the finishing point to attract readers' attention and fun. The title of the article should be consistent with the content of the article to avoid generality and complexity. At the same time, it should be searchable, specific and knowledgeable, and if necessary, it can be subtitled, giving people a charm of "you have to read".
2. Abstracts and links
If the notes are highly condensed, they are comments and short statements of medical papers without text. It is convenient for readers (editors) to understand the main points of the full text and to summarize and retrieve it. Therefore, the abstract should be concise, and the number of words is generally around 200 words. The abstract can be used, which is neither simple nor complicated. Don't copy charts and formulas, and don't use unused symbols. Some journals require to list linking words, that is, select 3-5 words or terms that represent the secondary content of the paper, and list another line after the abstract. The selection of linking words in medical papers should use the terms in medical thesaurus as much as possible. Review, medical record consultation, misdiagnosis lessons and clinical reports can all be unlucky.
3. Signature of medical papers
Medical papers should be signed with real names (academic papers), not pen names, and indicate the work unit and postal code for readers to contact and consult. This periodical is arranged in order of work unit, postal code, and then author. Collective creation should sign the name of the author or editor at the end of the article to clarify the obligation and facilitate reprinting.
If the number of signatures is not too much, it should be the standard of seeking truth from facts. Those who need to join all or part of the department's minor work, or join in writing this article, can answer the content of the article.
Second, the content requirements of medical papers
The writing of medical papers is mostly emotional, and most of them are familiar with my resume. How to write medical papers? The basic requirement should be to objectively and truly reflect the quality of things and the inherent laws of things. To accomplish this task, we must take it seriously with a serious stand, a scientific method and a rigorous style of study.
Although all medical papers originated from clinic, they are by no means a straightforward description of clinical work, but should take its essence from it. The content must have materials, concepts, judgments, concepts, logic, logic, reliable materials (able to withstand textual research), clear concepts, appropriate judgments, accurate concepts, and no water. That is to say, it should be applicable, scientific, original and readable.
1, scientific and realistic
Judging from the proposition of medical papers, it is necessary to have a suitable scientific criterion. The materials are reliable, objective and true, planned, thoughtful and compared, and the evaluation should be double-blind, random and objective through calculation, object selection and group disposal. Such a result is weakly scientific.
Therefore, from topic selection, hypothesis, investigation, research to conclusion, every step should have a solemn position and a rigorous and rigorous way. The topic selection should have sufficient scientific basis, the hypothesis should be substantive, reliable, comparable and random, the observation and research should be realistic, accurate and comprehensive, and the logic of reasoning and the rigor of conclusions should be emphasized. The results should be faithful to the reality and original materials, and the consultation content should not be exaggerated or inaccurate. That is, accurate data, accurate quotation, accurate words and accurate content concept. Avoid unclear concepts, insufficient arguments, consistent words and deeds, unreasonable organization and unclear concepts. Do not choose at will, do not abandon accidental phenomena.
2. Adaptability
Science develops rapidly and knowledge is constantly updated. In order to accumulate materials for the growth of medical science and guide clinical practice, clinical medical papers must be close to the news, so that medical papers are both applied and leading.
Medicine is a practical science. Except a small amount of pure theoretical research, most medical papers should be related to the reality of clinical and prevention, that is, to guide and influence whether there is reality in clinical work. The better the guidance and influence on reality, the stronger the applicability and the greater the value.
3. Readability
Not much to say, but good. The written expression is accurate, concise, fluent, with obvious arguments, rich arguments, strong logicality, standardized terminology, appropriate pattern, reliable conclusion and certain vividness, so that readers (editors) can get the maximum gain with minimal spirit and can't put it down.
4. Freshness and bloodline (also called heterosexuality)
The life of science lies in innovation. Without innovation, there is no cultivation and growth. A medical paper should be innovative, with new contents, new concepts, new methods and new experiences. Only in this way can we gain something from others (readers). Therefore, the academic content of this book is different from previous published documents, and it should be original, discovered or discovered.
"Creation" refers to what has not been done or granted by predecessors, that is, "discovery, discovery, creation and progress". Anyone who reaches the international level and starts a business in China is suitable for creativity. "New" means not known to the public and not copied. If it is duplication, it is necessary to imitate innovation, that is, to clarify new problems from a new perspective (such as the new use of old drugs, the use of ancient prescriptions today). A qualified medical paper must be based on previous experience or have a new view. This kind of paper is much more likely to be adopted after publication.
Thirdly, the pattern formation of medical papers.
1, medical paper notes
Medical papers are composed of media (introduction), clinical materials (materials and methods), achievements, consultations, etc. All departments should take their positions, that is, to understand the division of labor, avoid duplication, be consistent with each other, and prevent omissions. The sub-topics in the notes are distributed in domestic journals. The journal requires 1, 1. 1. 1, (1), ①, which can be used in different grades. The annotation of this journal is also divided into four levels: media, clinical data (materials and methods), achievements and consultation, that is, four-level pattern. A considerable number of medical papers have references, and when attaching the full text, they should be marked in turn in the form of codes in the upper right corner (that is, where the references are quoted).
2. Introduction (media)
It is a short paragraph at the beginning of a medical paper, introducing the background, theoretical basis, scope, objectives, gains, achievements and significance of the paper. It can be longer or shorter according to the needs of the paper. Keep it short and to the point.
3. Clinical materials (materials and methods)
It is the secondary content of discussion, including subjects, instruments used, methods, how many cases (men and women), how to group, diagnosis, basis, treatment method (medication), curative effect scale, examination and follow-up time, etc. The time limit, spring and autumn, gender and occupational comparability of the source of the materials should be stated. Therefore, it is not necessary to describe the materials and methods for readers to repeat, but it is not necessary to be too simple and detailed.
4. Achievements
Core departments of medical papers. That is, the results obtained after trying to study, clinical research, analyzing and accessing all kinds of data, analyzing and summarizing, and statistical processing as needed. This determines whether the quality can be rigorous, whether the data can be accurate and reliable, and it requires a high degree of truth and accuracy and down-to-earth writing. Failure is failure, and success is success. Don't pay attention to the success rate and destroy the statistical error.
Step 5 consult
That is, to further elaborate conclusions or research results from a theoretical perspective. Scientific inference and evaluation, the reliability of the results obtained, and clarification of scientific and ancestral arguments, thus obtaining a master's degree.
Of course, an article will only discuss some of these aspects, but it is impossible to cover everything. The main thing is that consultation must closely follow the research results of this paper and highlight my new discoveries and new understandings. Some medical paper consultation departments just repeated the past literature, and even copied some monographs and teaching materials, which got the significance of consultation.
The depth and accuracy of consultation largely depend on the quantity and explanatory power of control documents. Therefore, we need to know the current situation and trend of this major in order to draw accurate conclusions objectively.
6. References of medical papers
Only the documents I have read and quoted (which must be public publications) should be displayed and written at the back of the text according to the aid in the text, and the code in the upper right corner should be marked according to 1.2.3. For example, it is best to quote the recent (3-5 years) periodical literature in the upper right corner. The writing mode of medical paper references mostly adopts formulas.
