1. Submit admission application materials to Japanese language schools in Japan.
2. Receive the school’s admission notice.
3. Applicants pay the registration fee.
4. Apply for "Residence Eligibility Certification" to the "Tokyo Immigration Bureau".
5. After passing the test, the "Tokyo Immigration Bureau" will hand over the "Certificate of Residence Eligibility Certificate" to a Japanese language school in Japan.
6. The Japanese language school in Japan notifies the applicant that the "Certificate of Eligibility for Residence" has been successfully recognized.
7. Applicants pay admission registration fees, tuition fees, etc.
8. The Japanese school mails the "Admission Permit" and "Certificate of Eligibility for Residence" to the applicant.
9. The applicant presents the "Certificate of Eligibility for Residence" to the Japanese Embassy/Consulate in China and submits an application for entry.
10. The Japanese Embassy/Consulate in China issues an “entry permit” (i.e. visa) to the applicant.

1. The required documents for ordinary adult visa are as follows:
