(1) Please download the attachment: Sichuan Film and Television University 2023 Professional Examination Results Review Application Form, fill in and print it as required (except signature, other forms can be handwritten or typed). After the students sign their names by hand, they will take photos and send them as attachments to the email address: 4708242 10@qq.com. The format of email and attachment names is unified as: candidate name+college entrance examination candidate number.

(2) Candidates who fail to submit the application for review as required will not be accepted.

Under the supervision of the discipline inspection and supervision department, the school will review the test scores of candidates who apply for review. After the application for review is closed, the school will notify you through the designated email address of the candidates within 3 working days (please ensure that the personal email address in the electronic form of the application for review is correct) and make corresponding corrections.

The audit link only examines whether there are omissions, whether the scores are wrong (wrong) or missing (wrong), and whether the scores of each sub-item are consistent with the final published results. It does not involve the mastery of grading standards and severity, and applications beyond the scope of the above matters will not be accepted.
