I. Add the website of China Industrial and Commercial Bank to the trust domain. In IE- Tools -Internet Options-Security (tab), select the trusted site icon, click the site button, enter ""in the "Add this site to the zone:" item, and then click the Add button. (Hint: Please pay attention to the input of agreement and domain name; When visiting trusted sites in the future, the status bar of the browser will display text for your identification. )

2. If you are a U-Shield customer of ICBC, you will be prompted that the data signature is incorrect, generally because the password contains illegal characters. Please use the certificate tool software to change the U shield password to a combination of 6-8 digits and letters. Please enter in "Half Angle English" without spaces.

3. If it still doesn't work, please follow the following steps:

(1) Reinstall the U shield driver of the corresponding brand. Reinstall the online banking security control.

(2) Check whether your system is fully patched. If not, please use the update function of WINDOWS to upgrade.

(3) If your system is 2000 or XP, please select "Services" under "Administrative Tools" in the control panel to check whether the smart card is enabled. If not, please enable it.

Four, reinstall the U shield certificate driver method:

1. Unplug the U shield client certificate and uninstall the original certificate driver;

2. Logging in to windows also has system administrator rights;

3. Please log in to www.icbc.com.cn, the portal of China Industrial and Commercial Bank, and click "Install" under "Personal Online Banking Login". After entering the next page, download and install the "U Shield" driver.

4. Restart the computer, and then connect the U shield customer certificate.
