Article 2 The normal working hours of employees are from 0:00 to 0:00 and 0:00 to 0:00 in the afternoon every working day. According to the employee’s job type and tasks, each department of the company arranges and adjusts the rotation of employees according to the situation. .

Sitiao Company implements a sign-in system for employees’ attendance on and off work. The general manager's office is responsible for organization and implementation.

Employees of Wutiao Zhaoxia Business Hall, Bailing Business Hall, Company Finance Department, Computer and Air Conditioning Division

shall sign in at the general manager's office. Office employees sign in and out four times a day. Employees on the morning shift in the business hall sign in twice a day on and off work; employees on the evening shift sign in once in the morning, and attendance after work is supervised by the person in charge of each business hall.

Employees are required to sign in and out of work according to the six articles. They are not allowed to commit fraud, hire someone to sign in for them or sign in for others. Once discovered, half a day's salary will be deducted from the person who signed on behalf of someone else, and the person concerned will be treated as absent from work for half a day.

Article 7: Employees who sign in and attend work within 1 minute after working hours are deemed to be late; employees who sign in and attend work after 10 minutes are deemed to be absent from work for half a day; employees who are late three times in total in the month are deemed to be absent from work for one day. Employees who leave work without permission before get off work hours, other than for company business needs, will be deemed to have left early. Employees who leave early or fail to sign in during get off work hours will be treated as absent from work for half a day. If you are absent from work for one day, your wages will be deducted for two days; if you are absent from work for more than three consecutive days, you will be automatically dismissed.

All personnel of the eight companies must sign in at the company before they can go out to handle various business matters. Special circumstances must be approved by the general manager's office, otherwise they will be treated as late or absent from work.

Jiutiao employees who go out to handle business on official business must declare the reason for their departure and return time to the person in charge of the department in advance. Otherwise, they will be treated as going out to handle private matters. Those who go out to attend to personal matters during working hours will be treated as absenteeism upon discovery.

Article 10 Employees should apply for vacation (rotational leave) in advance and fill out the application form. It must be approved by the department head and submitted to the general manager's office for filing as the basis for attendance. Otherwise, failure to sign in will be treated as absenteeism.

Article 11 The company advocates completing work within the specified time and paying attention to work efficiency; if an employee gives up his vacation due to company needs

or urgent tasks, it will be regarded as overtime work. For overtime work, the "Overtime Application Form" should be filled out, signed and approved by the department head, and submitted to the attendance department for filing as the basis for attendance and salary calculation. Article 12 Employees who work on statutory holidays stipulated by the following countries will be paid on a double salary basis:

a. New Year’s Day (month day)

b. "May Day" International Labor Day (month, day, day) three days

c. National Day (month, day, day) three days

d. Spring Festival (lunar calendar The first, second and third day of the first lunar month) three days.

Article 13 Employees who ask for leave due to illness or personal matters must submit an application to the department supervisor one day in advance, and can only take leave after approval; employees will not be paid during personal leave and sick leave.

Article 14 The general manager’s office is responsible for conducting irregular inspections or spot checks on the attendance of personnel in various departments of the company.

Article 15 Jiaxiang, Wenshang Sanlian Shopping Mall, and Jiaxiang Industrial Park shall formulate corresponding attendance management and salary payment methods with reference to these regulations.

Article 16 These regulations will be implemented from XX, and the general manager’s office will be responsible for interpretation.
