1. Select the item you want to assign a bookmark to, or click the location where you want to insert the bookmark.
2. Click the "Bookmark" command in the "Insert" menu.
3. Under "Bookmark", type or select the bookmark.
4. The bookmark name must start with a letter and can contain numbers but no spaces. You can use underscore characters to separate text, for example, "Title_1".
5. Click the "Add" button.
(When using, click the "Bookmark" command in the "Insert" menu. Select the bookmark, position it, and the cursor will automatically jump to the page where the bookmark is located.
