For example, in recent years, the company has to lay off employees because of operational difficulties. Unfortunately, I was included in the layoff list, so I need to leave like this:

Then there is the matter of negotiating salary with the personnel department. I naturally have nothing to say when the company compensates me according to normal standards, but it is naturally not allowed for you to play with me, and I will argue with it;
After the compensation is settled, I am a caring person in the workplace, so I naturally have to clean up my work and hand it over to the leader. The so-called "leaving the job to see the character" has been laid off, but it is still necessary to tidy up the work at hand;
Everything is all right, just go to the personnel office to go through the formalities, and take all the materials that should be taken away;
