3. Then write down the reasons for employment, positions, work tasks, authority and treatment in two blank spaces below the title, and specify the employment period.
4. Then, at the bottom right of the text, indicate which community or property unit sent the letter of appointment, and write down the number and date of the letter.
5. Finally, at the bottom of the text, it should be marked "This letter of appointment is made in duplicate, which will take effect after being signed and sealed, with the same legal effect.
