Note: There is no necessary Windows operating system in PIconStartup.exe, which will lead to fewer problems.
The program has a visual window. It is a document signed by Verisign. The file has a digital signature. Load the application during Windows startup (see registry key: Note). The file is not a Windows system file. So the technical safety level is dangerous 10%.
If you encounter problems when using PIconStartup.exe, you can also uninstall related programs (Start >; Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs > Intel () Management Engine Component or Intel? Management engine).
That's a bit excessive. Simply put, it's a management component of Intel motherboard ~ disabling or shutting down has no effect on the normal operation of the system. I hope to adopt it.
