6. Activity preparation:

(1) Convene a meeting:

1. Convene a meeting of ministers of each secondary college to communicate the time, location, process, and collection of items for the event. and requirements;

6. Arrange cadres at the event site to maintain order and avoid chaotic and crowded scenes;

7. Salespersons must be well-educated and must adhere to the business purpose of "the customer is God"; they must wear a work ID card

8. After the event, each college must put away unsold goods and clean the venue

8. Later work:

1. Each secondary college must submit the name, quantity, price and total price of the items sold, as well as a summary of the expenses and profits of this event to the school life department;

2. Each secondary college returns unsold items to their owners;

3. After a week, each secondary college will receive 10% commission of the price of the items for sale (donate with care), and the rest must be returned to the owner with the owner's signature;

4. Convene a department meeting to praise the colleges that achieved higher profits in this activity. At the same time, they will talk about their experiences and experiences from this activity, sum up experiences and learn lessons.
