Some test reports are four-level signatures:
The first-level signature is the preparer (printer) → the second-level signature → the inspector (tester) → the third-level signature → the reviewer (reviewer) → the fourth-level signature → the issuer (approver) → the seal → the report is issued.
The quality manual and procedure documents stipulate the corresponding responsibilities of personnel at all levels.
In addition, generally speaking, issuers are issued by authorized signatories.
Under special circumstances, it shall be issued by the quality director or technical director, such as major inspection report or inspection report of samples with quality problems (exceeding the standard).
