You need to sign, and you need to sign if you fail in subject four. After the driving test, the examiner will ask the candidates to sign whether they have passed or not. It is stipulated in the Regulations on the Application and Use of Motor Vehicle Driving License that the examination transcripts of all subjects should be signed by the applicant and the examiner. Unsigned motor vehicle driver's license shall not be issued.
