1. First, click Settings to open WeChat, and click "Settings" on the My interface. Click General In the settings interface, click "General".

2. Next, click on WeChat Storage Space in the general interface and select "WeChat Storage Space" below.

3. Then click Manage on the WeChat storage page and select "Manage".

4. Finally, find the person who sent you the file, click on the avatar, find the expired file, and then open it.
