Chapter 1 Warehouse Management Regulations

1. In order to prevent the loss of the company’s material assets, all materials and items purchased by the company for use in engineering projects (furniture and furnishings required for board houses, the company can designate a dedicated person to inspect and accept before handing them over to the warehouse) They must be put into storage before they can be taken out from the warehouse. Direct delivery to the construction site without putting them into storage is prohibited. 2. Classify all items in the warehouse and create account books. 12. Strictly control material reservation and purchase application. 13. Do a good job in material procurement. Purchasers should carefully review the purchasing requirements of the purchase order (ask the material clerk if they are unclear), and purchase materials back to the warehouse in strict accordance with the purchasing requirements on time to avoid delaying the progress of the project due to long-term non-availability of project materials. When purchasing materials, face the agent as much as possible, which will help return the goods and reduce the company's losses. 14. Strictly control the material acceptance standards. Warehouse managers should carefully check the product name, grade, specification, origin, unit price, quantity, performance, quality and deadline of the materials delivered to the warehouse or construction site against the purchase order and reference samples. Ensure that the materials entering the warehouse meet the requirements. If the materials do not meet the requirements or the goods are not on the board, the acceptance signature will not be issued, and the buyer will be informed of the situation in a timely manner.

15. Warehouse personnel, material clerks and buyers must regularly summarize issues related to material work. Chapter 2 Warehouse Management Operation Process

1.
