Four, the requirements of the construction base:
The quality of base surface is one of the keys to ensure waterproof engineering, which directly affects the waterproof quality.
1, basic requirements:
The base is the foundation of waterproof layer, and its quality is directly related to waterproof quality.
(1) smoothness: the smoothness of the base is the key to ensure the quality of the coating waterproof layer. If the surface of the base is uneven or locally convex, it is easy to break under the action of external force, which will affect the quality of its waterproof engineering. Surface quality: If the surface of the base is crisp, the strength is too low and the cracks are too large, it is easy to make the waterproof layer and the base not firmly bonded, which will often cause the waterproof layer to peel off from the base during use, which will become one of the main reasons for leakage. The base course shall be compacted and leveled, and there shall be no looseness, sanding and peeling.
(2) Moisture content: The moisture content at the grass-roots level has different effects on waterproofing of different types of coiled materials. Generally speaking, the grass roots are required to be dry, and the moisture content is less than 9%. Simple and suitable measurement method: lay the 1m2 coiled material flat and dry it on the leveling layer, let it stand for 3-4h, and then lift it for inspection. No watermark was found on the cover and the roll.
(3) The base should be firm: the waterproof base is a cement mortar leveling layer. The mixture ratio of cement mortar shall not be less than 1:3, and the cement grade shall not be less than 325; Controlling the mixture ratio of cement mortar is the key to improve the firmness of base and prevent sand formation.
If there is no leveling layer at the grass-roots level and a coiled material waterproof layer is directly laid on the concrete surface, it is necessary to check whether there are honeycombs, pits and holes on the concrete surface. If there is a similar situation, it should be repaired with latex cement mortar.
(4) The base is smooth, firm and clean, with no open water and no leakage; Cracks should be repaired and leveled, and leakage should be stopped. The corner of plane and elevation and the angle of yin and yang should be made into circular arc or obtuse angle.
Five, material preparation:

Seven, construction conditions:
(1) Before the waterproof layer construction, all pipe fittings, sanitary equipment and floor drains must be installed firmly and the joints should be tight.
(2) Public toilets shall be painted with 9 1 1 polyurethane waterproof coating with a height of 2 m.
(3) The ground slope is generally 2% (unless the design has special requirements), and the floor drain is used for drainage.
(4) The cement mortar screed-coat shall be smooth and solid, free of pits, sand, shell, looseness and unevenness.
(5) Angle of Yin and Yang, pipe root should be painted as an arc with a radius of100-150 mm. ..
⑥ The base course should be clean and dry, and the moisture content should not be greater than 9% (except waterproof coating that can be cured on wet base course).
Adequate lighting should be prepared for bathrooms with poor natural light, and ventilation equipment should be added when ventilation is not good.
Eight, operating conditions:
(1) The basement shall be flat and clean, and there shall be no big holes, cracks, unevenness and sand.
(2) The pipeline shall be ground and calendered, and the casing of the pipeline shall be 20 ~ 30 mm above the ground. All fittings, sanitary equipment, floor drain and other equipment must be installed firmly before painting, with tight joints and smooth ends without looseness.
Nine, operation process:
(1) Cleaning the base: Clean the base of the existing construction site, and there shall be no attachments on the base, and the surface shall be smooth and firm.
(2) The floor thickness of waterproof coating is 2mm, and the wall thickness is1mm..
(3) After painting, the construction of the next working procedure shall be based on basic dryness and non-sticking. The coating should be as uniform as possible, without local deposition, and painted several times, so that there is no bubble between the coating and the base, and the bonding should be tight.
(4) Undercoat: mix 9 1 1 polyurethane waterproof coating evenly in proportion before use. During construction, scraper or brush can be used for operation. The second construction can only be carried out when the coating is cured to dry and non-sticky. Yin and Yang Angle, pipeline and other parts should be additional layer.
(5) coating the intermediate layer: coating the intermediate layer: the material ratio and coating method of coating the intermediate layer are the same as that of coating the lower layer.
(6) coating the surface layer; Its material ratio and operation method are the same as those of the coating intermediate layer.
(7) Pipe root: After sealing and caulking, additional waterproof layer should be made, and the pipe root should be cleaned. First, it should be made into a putty shape with liquid material: powder = 10: 15 ~ 20, and then embedded around the pipe root. Then the joint between the ground and the wall is reinforced with 9 1 1 polyurethane waterproof coating in the same way.
(8) Only the bottom layer, lower layer and surface layer shall be painted on the wall surface.
(9) The floor should be covered with cement mortar with a thickness of 20mm 1: 3, and the wall surface can be sprinkled with medium sand on the last coating waterproof layer, and ceramic tiles can be pasted directly.
X. construction technology:
Nine, operation process points:
1. Clean up the base: clean up sundries, floating ash, etc. Vacuum on a qualified base.
2. Brush the base treatment agent: mix the prepared primer waterproof coating evenly for later use. Before large-area painting, paint brush dipped in primer shall be used to evenly paint the internal corners, the root of wall-penetrating pipe and other parts, and long roller brush shall be used for large-area painting. When drawing vertically and horizontally, the thickness should be even, and you can't see the white background. Generally, the next working procedure can only be carried out after brushing for more than 3 hours.
3. Ingredients: After all the preparations before construction are completed, ingredients can be made, and the dosage of ingredients must be accurate. According to A:B= 1:2 (weight ratio), it can be used after being stirred for 2-3 minutes until it is completely uniform, and it can be used within 20-30 minutes. When batching, measuring tools should be used separately to prevent improper operation and local condensation of liquid materials.
4. Coating:
A. Scrape (brush) the evenly mixed paint on the surface of the base in an orderly and uniform manner, and the thickness shall be consistent. The first coating should be Bo Tu, and the second coating can be scraped (brushed) after curing for 6 hours (basically non-sticky). The coating direction of the second coating is perpendicular to the coating direction of the first coating.
B, coating construction sequence is to brush the water first, through the pipeline and the Angle of Yin and Yang, and then brush the big plane, from top to bottom. After the completion of the first coating, if there are some empty drums, air holes or foreign bodies such as sand and dust mixed in the coating that are not bonded, the second coating construction can be carried out only after the coating is repaired, and the coating is brushed twice, with a film thickness of1.5 mm.
C, corners, joints, deformation joints and other special parts must be carefully brushed to meet the requirements, and the coating thickness should be uniform and tightly sealed, and there should be no outcrop, bulging, shedding, cracking, warping and lax sealing.
Ten, detailed structure practice:
1, node construction
A, riser:
(1) After the riser is positioned, the cracks around the floor shall be blocked with waterproof mortar, and the cracks larger than 20mm shall be blocked with fine stone concrete.
(2) A groove with the size of 15mm× 15mm should be formed around the pipe root, and the groove around the pipe root should be cleaned.
(3) Squeeze the ointment into the groove, and scrape it tightly with a scraper to make it full, dense and free of air holes. In order to make the ointment firmly bond with the concrete around the pipe root mouth, polyurethane waterproof coating should be painted on both sides of the groove and around the pipe root mouth, and kraft paper or other gasket materials should be padded at the bottom of the groove.
(4) Within 200mm high of the outer wall of the pipeline, remove mortar and grease impurities, and scrape polyurethane waterproof coating as stipulated in the design. In addition, if the riser is a hot water pipe or a heating pipe, it is necessary to add a sleeve. At this time, steel casing can be added according to the actual size of the riser. The height of the casing is 20-40mm, and the joint is 2-5 mm. The upper joint is also sealed with ointment, and the casing is about 2-5 mm higher than the ground.
2, floor drain secondary drainage
(1) After the riser is positioned, the cracks around the floor shall be blocked with waterproof mortar, and the cracks larger than 20mm shall be blocked with fine stone concrete.
(2) Find a floor drain with a gradient of 2% for the bath cushion in the bathroom. The cushion thickness should be less than 30mm with cement mortar and more than 30mm with cement slag.
(3) Around the top of the floor drain,10m×15mm is sealed with ointment, and polyurethane waterproof coating is applied on it. Due to the slight shrinkage of concrete during solidification, the cast iron floor drain has a large bottom and a small bottom, and cracks are easy to occur at the contact between the outer surface and concrete. In order to prevent water seepage around the floor drain, it is best to improve the floor drain and add cast iron waterproof tray on the basis of in-situ leakage to improve the waterproof quality of the bathroom.
3. Toilet
(1) After the toilet riser is positioned, the gaps around the floor are sealed with UEA waterproof mortar. When the joint is greater than 20, C20 fine stone concrete shall be used to block and smooth it.
(2) The periphery of the riser interface is sealed with ointment; The size is 10mm× 10mm, and the waterproof layer is made on it to the top of the pipe.
(3) The joint between the water inlet at the rear of the toilet and the pipeline is sealed with asphalt hemp and cement mortar, and the outside is coated with polyurethane waterproof coating.
Eleven, quality acceptance requirements:
1, polyurethane waterproof coating has the factory certificate. The incoming materials meet the design requirements after sampling and reinspection, and can reach the relevant technical indicators.
2, polyurethane waterproof layer it is forbidden to have leakage phenomenon.
3, polyurethane waterproof layer at the grass-roots level should be solid, smooth, clean, no sand and loose phenomenon, Yin and Yang Angle should be round or obtuse.
4, polyurethane waterproof coating should be firmly bonded, closely combined, uniform thickness.
Twelve, construction matters needing attention:
1. If the viscosity of the coating is too high to be used, a small amount of xylene can be added for dilution to reduce the viscosity, but the addition amount should not be greater than 10% of the material A. ..
2, when the coating curing too fast, affect the construction, can add a small amount of phosphoric acid or benzene sulfonyl chloride, retarding effect, its addition shall not be greater than 0.5% of a material.
3, when the coating curing is too slow, affect the construction progress, can add a little dibutyltin dilaurate, to promote the solidification, but the amount shall not be greater than 0.3% of the material.
Polyurethane A and B are flammable and must be packed in iron drums. They should be sealed and not stored in the open air. Storehouses and construction sites where materials are stored must be well ventilated, and warehouses and construction sites without ventilation conditions must be equipped with mechanical ventilation (exhaust) equipment, otherwise polyurethane paint construction is not allowed.
5. Most building materials are flammable. Fireworks must be strictly prohibited in storage, batching and construction site, and corresponding fire-fighting equipment should be equipped.
6. After coating construction is completed, squeezing and trampling are not allowed before curing. After curing, it is not allowed to store construction machines and tools on the floor, let alone drag them on the floor, otherwise the waterproof layer will be seriously damaged.
7. Every time the construction is completed, the construction machines and tools must be carefully cleaned with xylene and other organic solvents in time for the next use.
8. When painting construction is carried out in an unventilated environment, there should be ventilation facilities, and the construction personnel should shorten the operation time.
Thirteen, the construction schedule:
1, cooperate with the progress of the general contractor for construction.
2, arranged by the general contractor to cooperate with the construction plan.
Fourteen, finished product protection:
1, the toilet is small, but it needs more jobs and interchanges. All kinds of construction sequence must be arranged reasonably, and it is forbidden to make holes to destroy the waterproof layer after the completion of the waterproof layer. If the waterproof layer is damaged due to improper arrangement, it should be repaired in time.
2, floor drain, toilet, squat pit and drain should be kept clear, there is no mortar and other construction waste blockage.
3, after the completion of each construction, must be timely and carefully clean up the construction machines and tools.
Fifteen, quality assurance measures:
1, before construction, fully understand the waterproof details in the construction drawing, the waterproof structure and technical requirements of the bathroom, and provide technical measures for the waterproof project of the bathroom.
2. Carry out the spirit of 95. 12. 14 National Building Waterproofing Conference, and establish a waterproof construction quality assurance system.
3. The waterproof materials used shall have the factory certificate, and shall be tested and certified by the testing organization to meet the design requirements.
4. The construction shall be carried out in strict accordance with the technical specification for building waterproof engineering in Guangdong Province DBJ 15- 19-97.

Sixteen, fire control, safety and construction measures:

Problems and hidden dangers found in the inspection should be rectified within a time limit.
