Legal analysis: subject to the consent of the addressee, that is, the addressee confirms in the confirmation of the service address of the people's court that the people's court can serve legal documents electronically, the addressee will sign for confirmation with the feature code in the short message sent by the people's court. At the end of the short message sent by the people's court, the webpage link of the legal document and the feature code of entering the webpage will be attached, which is the way to sign for the electronic service of the addressee. When a party files a lawsuit or pleadings, it shall provide or confirm its accurate address for service to the people's court, and fill in the confirmation of the address for service. If the party refuses to provide it, the people's court shall inform him of the adverse consequences of refusing to provide the address for service and record it in the record. If the party concerned refuses to provide his own address for service, and fails to do so after being notified by the people's court, the natural person shall take his domicile or habitual residence as the address for service; A legal person or other organization shall take its domicile in industrial and commercial registration or other legal registration as the service address.
Legal basis: Article 87 of the Civil Procedure Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), with the consent of the addressee, the people's court may serve litigation documents by fax, e-mail and other means that can confirm receipt, except for judgments, rulings and conciliation statements. If it is delivered by the way mentioned in the preceding paragraph, the date when it reaches the addressee's specific system by fax or e-mail shall be the date of delivery.
