There are several questions here...
1. Is it printed or hand-painted?
2. Is it a copy or the artist's original work?
The first question is to ask the owner directly. Whether to print or draw by hand depends on personal preference. One thing to note is that some simulation paintings are spray-painted on the canvas and then partially highlighted with pigments. This is not purely hand-painted.
The second question is, if it is stated that it was copied and copied, then there is a question of whether it can be copied, which is a copyright issue.
If it is stated that it is an authentic painting by XX, but it is copied, then it is fraudulent and is a fake painting.
The painting on Taobao you mentioned “is not by a very famous artist”, so it should be hand-painted.
The last important thing is that I do commercial oil paintings. If you need anything, come to me.
