Even if the contract does not have a legal person signature or legal person seal, it is still valid if it has a company seal. The official seal represents the company. The official seal should be controlled in a timely manner. If the actor exceeds his authority to sign a contract and causes losses to the company, he can recover compensation.
Contract Law: Article 50 If a legal representative or responsible person of a legal person or other organization enters into a contract beyond his authority, the representative act shall be valid unless the counterparty knows or should know that he has exceeded his authority.
