You can click "Forgot Password" and choose to verify the security problem or verify Huawei account for password reset. If you forget Huawei's account password, you can click "Forgot Password" at the bottom of the input box to retrieve the password. Please keep your password safe and remember the answers to confidential questions.

The file management client will not record your password and confidential information, so if you forget the answer to the password and confidential question and cannot verify the password reset of Huawei account, the confidential cabinet will not be opened and the files in the confidential cabinet will be gone.
