① First log in to official website, then select an enterprise to register, fill in the corresponding information and complete the registration.

② after registering an account, the enterprise can only perform other operations after real-name authentication. On the enterprise center page, we can see the system prompt for real-name authentication. Click "De-authentication" to enter the real-name authentication page, and improve enterprise information (such as enterprise name, business license registration number, organization code, etc.)-improve account manager information (legal representative or non-legal representative), and submit corresponding information to complete authentication.

③ apply for an electronic official seal. After completing the real-name authentication, we can make the electronic official seal of the enterprise. Click Account Management-My Seal, upload the pre-made and qualified electronic official seal picture according to the prompt, click Add button to submit and wait for approval.

after making the electronic official seal, we can manage the authorization of the electronic official seal online, and add the corresponding person to make it have the right to use the electronic official seal.

after assigning the right to use the electronic official seal, we can start to use the electronic official seal to realize the online processing of various documents for approval and signing.

find the electronic contract to be signed, and click Sign Now. Drag the Signature and Date widget to the appropriate location in the contract file. If a contract needs to add more than one signature, just drag it several times.

after confirming that the signature information is correct, click the sign now button in the upper right corner of the page, receive and fill in the verification code, and the signing will be completed automatically.
