Generally speaking, some maintenance is required to ensure that the car can be used normally and increase its service life:
1. Whether the protective coating on the bottom of the car body is damaged.
2. Replace the fuel filter and spark plug.
3. Check the multi-V belt and replace it if necessary.
4. Check whether the engine timing belt is cracked or damaged. Replace it if necessary.
5. Check whether the engine oil pan bolts are loose. If necessary, tighten them to the specified torque.
6. Whether the brake hose is aged or damaged, whether the brake hard pipe is damaged or corroded, and whether the connections are leaking.
7. Whether the connections of the fuel system are aged, damaged, loose or worn.
8. Check whether the rubber parts and rubber bearings connecting the front and rear frames to the body are damaged and whether they are permanently deformed.
9. Whether the left and right control arm hinges and rear axle hinges are damaged or failed.
In addition, the brake fluid must be replaced every two years or 50,000 kilometers, and the brake alarm system and brake booster must be checked. For manual transmission vehicles, the transmission gear oil should be replaced every 12 months or 5,000 kilometers. Cars equipped with automatic transmissions should check the transmission gear oil frequently and replace the gear oil every 30,000 kilometers.
These maintenance items are for reference only. Please refer to the vehicle maintenance manual for specific models.
