1. The shipping supervisor or representative must supervise the process of loading the finished product into the vehicle.
2. The shipping supervisor or representative may not participate in the shipment, and his only responsibility is to supervise and guide the shipment process.
Four. working procedure
1. Goods shipment preparation
1) Select a carrier with good reputation, thoughtful service and commitment, and contact the carrier in advance according to the delivery date;
2) Before the goods are shipped, the customs declaration should be done well, and relevant container loading documents, such as container loading list, should be prepared.
2. Monitoring before cabinet loading
1) After the container truck enters the factory, the safety headquarters should take strict protective measures before loading the product. Including:
A. directing container trucks to enter the "cargo handling area";
B. prevent irrelevant personnel from approaching empty cabinets;
C. Prevent irrelevant personnel, unknown goods or dangerous goods from entering the "cargo loading area".
2) Before packing, check whether the container is equipped with hidden compartments and whether the structure is stable. Check according to the following standards:
A. Inspection parts: front plate, left/right/bottom plate/top plate, box top, inner/outer doors, outer/lower part of chassis, and black box.
Check the smell of new paint, burnt wood or filler;
Check the box board for traces of new paint, welding marks or texture differences.
B structure: check whether there are cracks in the front and rear corner columns.
Check whether the box board is perforated, cut, worn or cracked; Whether loose parts or fasteners are lost;
Conduct internal light leakage test: check whether there is light leakage caused by door seal defects, holes, welding damage, floor damage or separation, and loose/lost fasteners. This inspection is carried out from the inside when the door is completely closed;
Check the lock lever at the door end, including bracket, guide rod and cam, to see if there are any defects that hinder the operation or closing of the door, such as bending, bending, depression, etc.
In the base, check whether there are holes in the cross members, legs and accessories;
In the base, check whether the bottom plate, box plate or slats are damaged, cracked or broken.
3) If any abnormality is found in the container, the management personnel must check it again before releasing the goods.
3. Cabinet load monitoring
1) Before the goods enter the cabinet, the security personnel should check the loading list; The warehouse keeper shall check the goods out of the warehouse and go through the relevant formalities.
2) After the empty box is opened by the security personnel or under the supervision of the security personnel, the security personnel should personally enter the empty box car for inspection to ensure that there are no foreign objects in the empty box. Empty container trucks are not allowed to be opened without security personnel present.
3) When the goods are loaded, the security personnel shall supervise the whole loading process. And check whether the products packaged in the cabinet are correct and whether the product packaging is abnormal.
4) Install in strict accordance with the products and quantity specified in the cabinet list and the cabinet loading method specified by the Engineering Department. Except that the security personnel can open the package for the purpose of spot check, no other personnel may open the package without authorization, unless there is an unpacking notice from the Quality Control Department.
5) Anything other than the products packaged in the container is prohibited from entering the container truck.
6) Handling of abnormal situations. In case of any abnormality during cabinet loading, it shall be reported and handled in time. For example:
7) If it is found that the product package is accidentally opened, it should immediately stop loading cabinets, check whether there are foreign objects in the package, and report to the Security Department if necessary;
8) When overflow occurs, it shall be reported to the Engineering Department immediately, and the Engineering Department shall find out the cause of overflow. If the product packaging design and other reasons lead to overload, you should contact the customer for advice and file with the customs if necessary; If overflow occurs due to incorrect stacking method, the cabinet should be disassembled and reassembled; If the cause of overflow cannot be found out, the whole container should be dismantled and other items should be checked on the container truck. Only when there are no foreign objects in the container can the container be reloaded.
9) Security personnel and full-time supervisors should prohibit illegal personnel (terrorists) from mixing contraband and dangerous goods (guns, ammunition, drugs, etc. ) and other items into the carriage.
10) If there is a shortage, you should contact the customer, ask for their opinions, and file it at the customs if necessary. Without the customer's permission and customs consent, other articles shall not be loaded in the short container.
4. Container sealing control
1) Security personnel and full-time supervisors should play back and check whether the closed-circuit surveillance camera meets the packing procedure before sealing the box, and then seal the box without error.
2) After the container loading is completed, the security personnel shall verify it again according to the delivery list, and sign the container loading list after confirming it is correct. At the same time, under the supervision of security personnel, lock and seal the container truck immediately, and record the container car number and seal number;
3) Locked/sealed container trucks shall not be unlocked/unsealed in principle. When you need to open the cabinet due to special circumstances, you should explain the reasons. After the approval of the general manager's office, the cabinet can be opened under the supervision of security personnel, and the details of opening the cabinet can be recorded.
5. Container transportation/authentication control
1) After the container truck is sealed, it should be transported to the port immediately, and it is not allowed to stay in the factory without reason. Security personnel should always supervise the container loading site until the container truck leaves the factory.
Under special circumstances, when the container truck needs to stay in the factory or stay overnight, it should inform the security department in time, and the security department should arrange full-time security personnel to guard it until the container truck leaves. And before leaving the next day, check whether the cabinet lock and seal are damaged and confirm before leaving;
2) Container trucks are not allowed to stay on the way to the destination port without justifiable reasons, and they are not allowed to open containers under any excuse;
3) The shipping supervisor or representative must reasonably estimate the transportation time and then call the carrier. The carrier company should contact the destination (container carrier or port) in time to monitor the cargo transportation and verify whether the vehicle has arrived;
4) All the shipping containers of our company are not allowed to load the goods of other manufacturers on the way to the container carrier.
6. Other requirements and regulations
1) Rules for truck drivers and their assistants
A. for partial container loading:
The loading supervisor should remind drivers and their assistants not to participate in the loading process;
Truck drivers and their assistants can appear at the loading site, but they can't actively participate in the loading process (such as moving shipping cartons);
Truck drivers and their assistants can suggest the most effective loading method to factory loaders.
They can count/check the products.
B. for full container loading:
During loading, truck drivers and their assistants are not allowed to stay in the loading area. Can only rest and wait in the company's original canteen;
Before the container is locked and sealed, the truck driver and his assistant can make a final visual inspection.
2) Container storage
The loaded containers must be stored in a safe area unless they are transported away immediately. Unloaded containers must be stored in a safe way. Requirements:
The loaded containers must be stored in the factory. When it is placed outside the factory for special reasons, it can be stored in public buildings, but it must always be guarded. Every time a loaded container is stored, it must be locked and sealed.
A empty containers must be stored in a safe way. For example, stored in a safe area of the factory; If it is not feasible, it can be stored outside the factory, but it must be protected by seals.
B loaded and unloaded containers should be stored door-to-door or against the wall to prevent anyone from entering.
C before storage, the loaded and unloaded containers should be sealed.
7. Relevant transport documents shall be properly kept.
