The first paragraph of the opening is a narrative and a quotation, followed by an idea of my own to express my doubts. Starting from the puzzle of the enclosed reply document, the theme of the whole article is expounded from an extremely microscopic point of view. The decision of each circle is a pursuit related to justice.
Thus, three attitudes towards drawing a circle are expounded.
The first is to scribble at will, calling the quadrangle a circle and the deer a horse. Teacher Luo extends the subordinate relationship from top to bottom here and draws a circle, which confuses black and white, which is obviously a departure from justice. The superior tests the loyalty of the subordinate, and the subordinate pleases the superior for credit.
The second is lack of intention. On this basis, Mr. Luo continued to deduce that some people consciously draw a circle without hope. After their ideals are shattered, they will look at everything with a cynical eye and gradually become the first kind of people. Then if you stick to your ideals, you will become the third kind of person.
The third kind of people draw circles with advanced instruments. This is a very happy result, but Mr. Luo is obviously sober and immediately dialectically sees the hidden dangers behind perfection. Is to stand still, complacent, regard your own circle as an absolute standard, and talk about a more perfect circle as a challenge to yourself. Absolute power leads to absolute narcissism. Teacher Luo constantly reminds us to keep a self-deprecating attitude, keep open on the basis of logical consistency, learn from experts, and constantly optimize and upgrade our world outlook and methodology.
Here, Mr. Luo shows his strict logical line, trying to figure out and classify several situations from the perspective of human nature, which are dense but not mixed, inseparable, mutually transformed and causal cycle.
After explaining that painting a circle is regarded as the pursuit of justice, Teacher Luo introduced two concepts. The ideal circle is a state of justice, while the imperfect circle in reality is a state of justice. These two are the eternal themes of law. And put forward a question, is the fairness and justice pursued by our law what it should be or what it is?
At this point, Mr. Luo finally led the painting circle to his professional field-law.
