You can't read the location of the old files in the CD-ROM drive. This is a compressed file. Do you have a removable hard disk? It's really boring to reinstall the system with a mobile hard disk or borrow a CD-ROM from a friend and buy a new one. My CD-ROM drive is an antique, the same as before.
