Stanislavski performance system and Brecht performance system

Stanislavsky's acting system emphasizes the principle of realism and advocates the integration of actors and characters, and actors should be immersed in the emotions of the characters. This system is probably used more often in stage plays and dramas, and most of the many acting actors in China belong to this school.

Brecht's performance system advocates a new theory and method of acting, namely the "alienation method". As far as the performance method is concerned, the "estrangement method" emphasizes the rational factors in the performance, requiring the actor to maintain a certain distance from the role and not to merge the two into one. The actor must be higher than the role, control the role, and perform the role.
