Mechanical equipment management system
In order to strengthen the safety management of machinery and equipment on the construction site and ensure the safe operation of machinery and equipment and the personal safety of employees, this system is formulated.
A, the construction site must improve the mechanical equipment safety management system, improve the mechanical equipment safety responsibility system, personnel at all levels should be responsible for the safety management of mechanical equipment, construction director and safety management personnel should be responsible for the supervision and inspection of mechanical equipment.
Second, mechanical equipment operators must be in good health, familiar with the performance of their respective mechanical equipment, and hold relevant certificates after passing the training and examination by relevant departments.
Three, in non-production time, without the approval of the person in charge of the project, no one shall use the machinery and equipment without authorization.
Four, the machine tube and the operator must be relatively stable. Operators must do a good job in the daily maintenance of mechanical equipment to ensure the normal operation of mechanical equipment.
Five, the new purchase or modification of mechanical equipment, must be approved by the relevant departments of the company, to develop safety technology operating procedures, can be put into use.
Six, after overhaul of machinery and equipment, must be approved by the relevant departments of the company, can be put into use.
Seven, the construction site of large mechanical equipment (tower crane, construction elevator, etc. ) must be installed and dismantled by a professional qualification unit. After installation, it must be approved by the project department, relevant departments of the company and relevant departments recognized by the Construction Committee and the Safety Supervision Bureau before it can be put into use.

Eleven, machinery and equipment must strictly implement the system of machine, person and posts.
Twelve, the use of all kinds of mechanical equipment must comply with the relevant specifications, procedures and systems of the project department, the company and the higher authorities.
