According to the Interpretation (2) of the Supreme People's Court on Several Issues Concerning the Application of the "Contract Law of the People's Republic of China"
Article 5: If the parties conclude a contract in the form of a contract, It should be signed or stamped. If the parties concerned press their fingerprints on the contract, the people's court shall determine that it has the same legal effect as a signature or seal.
