There are two types of land use certificates:

One is the rural collective land contract management right certificate, which is used for agricultural production contract management. This certificate is generally issued by the administrative department of agriculture and stamped by the local government;

The other is the collective land use right certificate of homestead, which is issued by the land department and stamped by the local government. If your land is a first-class certificate, you only need to include this land in the certificate.
