Visa application process 1. Visa applicants must determine the purpose of going to Rwanda and their itinerary plan. 2. Log in to the official website of the Rwanda Embassy in China, browse relevant visa information, learn about visa types, and download the visa application form and list of required materials. 3. Prepare materials: 1) Draw up a material preparation schedule based on the material list. 2) Prepare documents that require notarization and certification. 3) Fill in the visa application form and sign according to the requirements of the Rwanda side. 4) Arrange the prepared materials in order of the list. 5) Before submitting a visa, you need to review the information. 4. Choose the place where you submit your visa application based on your place of residence. 5. Submit a visa application to the Rwanda embassy or consulate in China and pay the visa fee. 6. When applying for a business visa, the embassy will issue a “receipt receipt”. When applying for other types of visas, the visa office will notify the applicant of the visa result by letter, fax or email. 7. Waiting for review or supplementary materials. 8. The embassy and consulate have the right to request an interview with the applicant. 9. After receiving the visa, the applicant should promptly and carefully check whether all the information on the visa is correct, especially whether the start and end time of the visa validity period and the number of days of stay are consistent with the application, and whether the personal information on the visa, such as the spelling of the name, is correct.
