(three) it is forbidden to ask for leave by telephone or on behalf of others (except in special circumstances);
(4) If an employee asks for sick leave for more than 8 hours, he/she needs to be advised by a medical institution to take a rest, and it can only take effect with a hospital computer bill;
(5) If an employee is unable to take a vacation due to illness or special circumstances, he shall notify the factory within two days and fill in a vacation form. If the notice is not given for more than three days, it will be handled automatically without pay.
Third, wages and benefits.
(1) The probation period for new employees is 1 month after the salary has passed the preliminary examination. The factory has the right to dismiss at any time within 1 month, and the salary is determined according to its technical level and work performance. After one month, he will be a qualified employee, and his salary will be based on the starting salary;
(2) All new employees must work in the company for two consecutive months before receiving the first month's salary (the salary is paid every month 1-5). If the employee leaves for more than 5 days, the company will postpone his salary payment time;
(3) Employees who are not absent from work, are not late, are not absent from work or leave early can enjoy the company's attendance award of 20-30 yuan per month (employees who are less than one month have no attendance award);
(4) If an old employee has served in the company continuously for more than 3 years, the company may consider adjusting his salary once a year according to his work performance and referring to his work performance;
(5) If all managers and employees have served in the company continuously for 1 year without absenteeism, lateness, leaving early and violating factory rules and regulations, 20 yuan will be rewarded every month in the future; Those who have served in the company for more than 2 years without absenteeism, lateness, leaving early and violating the factory rules and regulations will be given a monthly seniority award 30 yuan;
(6) Beginners and part-time employees can be promoted after three months. The promotion conditions are comprehensively evaluated according to their work performance and technical level, and can only be obtained after being evaluated by the team leader, supervisor and factory director and signed by the general manager;
(7) If employees have any questions about the payment of wages, they should inquire with the Finance Department within two days after the payment of wages, and the factory can refuse to pay the overdue payment.
Fourth, the resignation provisions.
(1) Employees who need to apply for resignation need to be signed by the team leader and the supervisor, and can only take effect after being approved by the factory director;
(2) For employees who are approved to resign, the factory will recruit replacement personnel within one month. If they are recruited to the company in advance, they can arrange to leave early and pay wages as usual; If the company fails to recruit suitable personnel within one month, the company has the right to postpone the resignation period and consider paying wages after resignation;
(3) One year after the promulgation of this system, new employees can apply for resignation at any time; (Specific procedures shall be implemented according to Articles 1 and 2);
(4) All managers and novice employees can only apply for resignation after they have been employed for two years. If they submit their resignation less than two years ago, the company will not accept it. If they need to leave, they will be regarded as leaving without pay.
Verb (abbreviation for verb) punishment regulations
(1) Grade A negligence (gross negligence, with a fine of at least 50 yuan each time).

Note: This punishment stipulates that if anyone is punished, all fines will be deducted when paying wages last month, including absenteeism punishment and various penalties for violating factory regulations, and no one can object.
Vi. reward conditions (those who meet the following conditions can get a bonus of 50- 1000 yuan)
1, who has made great contributions to improving enterprise management and service quality;
2. Those who have a good working attitude and create a good reputation for the enterprise (can be selected on a fixed or indefinite month);
3, if a major accident occurs, take effective measures in time;
4. There are reasonable suggestions, which have been adopted and effectively implemented;
5. Control the cost, pay attention to saving, and have obvious achievements;
6. Dare to resist unhealthy trends and have outstanding deeds.
Note: The approval authority of awards, if anyone meets the conditions of awards, shall be nominated by the department head, reviewed by the competent leader and reported to the general manager for approval.
This system shall come into effect as of the date of promulgation, which shall be interpreted and revised by the factory office and approved by the general manager.
