3. Party B is responsible for the technical and safety work on site.
4. After the entrustment agreement comes into effect, Party B consciously communicates with xxxxxxxxxxxx Construction and Installation Engineering Co., Ltd. to discuss related matters (including funds, site technology, safety, etc. ), and Party A will no longer participate.
