2. Error in the experimental report, score 1. The experimental results are unqualified, and the score of 1 is not reported for an assessment.
3. If the original records are not filled in as required or there are mistakes and omissions, each assessment will get 1 point.

5, not according to the analysis procedures and safety operation procedures for experimental analysis, each assessment 2 points, resulting in serious consequences 5 points.
6, spot check or team mutual inspection found that there is an analysis of out-of-tolerance phenomenon, each inspector deducted 3 points.
7. Recipients of delivered routine samples must carefully check whether the contents of sample labels are complete, whether the sample identification and sample size and granularity meet the standards, and those who do not meet the standards have the right to return them for reuse, otherwise 1 minute will be deducted. Unconventional sample delivery must be approved by the leader of the central laboratory and reported to the manager of the quality department before analysis, otherwise it will not be analyzed, and the unauthorized analyst will be assessed 5 points at a time.
8. When sending and receiving samples, both parties must fill in the records carefully and sign them for confirmation. If not carefully filled in or signed, the sample sender and sample receiver will get 65,438+0 points each time.
9. When the report is distributed, the sender must supervise the report receiver to sign the report distribution record book for confirmation, and indicate the reasons in special circumstances, otherwise the sender will be assessed once 1 point.
10, the analysis report shall not be written, signed or omitted, otherwise 2 points will be deducted if the person responsible for the first assessment is found.

12, the analysis data made by employees who have been employed for less than two months will not be used as the basis for issuing reports, and 2 points will be deducted from the monitor.
13, the inspector and auditor of the report shall not be the same person, and 5 points will be deducted once found.
