Article 1 Submission of supporting documents
Before the advertisement is released, the customer shall submit the following documents to the agent within the time limit specified by the agent, and shall be responsible for the legality and authenticity of the documents submitted:
1. Copy of business license;
2. Business license certificate (applicable to special industries such as alcohol, food, cosmetics, medical devices and medicines). (prescribed by law);
3. Other supporting documents related to legal facts.
Article 2 Confirmation and modification of advertising samples
1. The customer shall confirm the advertising samples designed and produced by himself or others, and affix the seal or the signature of the authorized representative;
2. The agent has the right to delete or refuse to publish advertising content that does not comply with laws, regulations and national policies;
3. When the customer wants to modify the advertising sample submitted to the agent and approved by the agent, the modification must meet the following requirements: (1) The modification request must be submitted to the agent in writing five days before the advertisement is released; (2) The revised advertisement sample must be submitted to the agent five days before the advertisement is released.
Article 3 Responsibility assumption
1. If the advertising content and relevant supporting documents provided by the customer do not conform to the legal provisions, so that the advertisement cannot be published or published on time, the customer shall bear all losses;
2. All legal consequences caused by customers providing false and illegal advertising content shall be borne by customers themselves;
3. If the advertisement is released incorrectly due to the agent's work mistakes, he shall be responsible for correcting the wrong part once; If the advertising error is caused by the customer, the customer shall bear the responsibility.
Article 4 Modification and Termination of the Contract
1. Both parties to the contract shall confirm the change or termination of the contract in writing;
2. Without the consensus of both parties, either party shall not change or terminate this contract without authorization, otherwise it will constitute a breach of contract.
Article 5 Liability for breach of contract
One or both parties' failure to perform or incomplete performance of any terms of this contract constitutes a breach of contract, and the breaching party shall compensate the other party for the losses caused thereby and pay% of the total contract price to the other party as liquidated damages.
Article 6 exemption clause
1. If the advertisement cannot be published or cannot be published as agreed in the contract due to reasons beyond the control of the agent, such as earthquake, fire, flood, rebellion, explosion, strike, traffic interruption, government ban, media, etc., the agent is exempted from the liability for breach of contract;
2.
