The house sales contract becomes effective if both parties agree to the change through unanimous negotiation and can be changed. According to the relevant laws of our country, after a house sales contract takes effect, it generally cannot be changed, but if both parties reach an agreement, the contract can be changed.

Article 143 of the Civil Code
Civil legal acts that meet the following conditions are valid:
(1) The actor has the corresponding capacity for civil conduct;
(2) The expression of intention is true;
(3) It does not violate the mandatory provisions of laws and administrative regulations, and does not violate public order and good customs .
Article 490
If the parties conclude a contract in the form of a contract, the contract shall be established when both parties sign, seal or fingerprint. Before signing, sealing or fingerprinting, one party has performed its main obligations and the contract is established when the other party accepts it.
Article 465
A contract established in accordance with the law shall be protected by law. A contract established in accordance with the law is only legally binding on the parties, unless otherwise provided by law.

The parties may modify the contract if they reach consensus through consultation.
