(2) Making a silica gel mold: coating silica gel on the surface of the prototype and fixing the shape with gypsum, and then making a silica gel female die.

(3) Fill the wax mold with hot melt wax and let it cool naturally to form a male mold. The details of hollowing and chamfering must be carefully removed with the care, patience and skill of both hands.

(4) Finishing wax molds. Carefully repair wax male mold, burr and air hole.

(5) Gypsum molding: casting refractory gypsum outside the modified wax mold to make a wax-containing gypsum mold, and then heating and dewaxing with steam to obtain refractory gypsum female die.

(6) Sintering in the furnace: the gypsum mold and the prepared glass frit are put into the furnace and slowly heated to about 1000C, and the crystallized glass softens and flows into the gypsum mold for molding.

(7) Dismantling the plaster mold, cooling, and taking out the furnace, and carefully disassembling the plaster mold to obtain the rough embryo of the glass work.

(8) Grinding and polishing: The work is polished and polished repeatedly until the luster of the glass is transmitted and the crystal texture is displayed, and then the work can be completed.

(9) Signature and packaging After confirming the perfection of glazed works, the signature and packaging shall be carved.
